Raising a support request

Support request can be posted on the plugin’s support forum or sent on e-mail. Use e-mail if information should be non-public or if security issue.

Please include the following information when posting a bug report or support request (or as relevant for the question):

  1. Detailed description of issue
  2. Link to site and page in question
  3. Screenshot of problem
  4. If it is a bug, also try to record a debug log. (Enable debug with extra information in the plugin settings.)
